Chef Akhara Chay has 26 years of professional experience. He learned from the most important chefs such as Ghislaine Arabian, Alain Ducasse and Eric Provos. Together with pastry chef Frédéric Benvenuti, restaurant manager Nicolas Chauvet and sommelier Jérémy Allégretti, Akhara Chay forms a highly motivated team.
